Common reasons for data not being uploaded to Private Area:
- Internet connection is not available. Please make sure the device is connected to Internet – 3G, 4G, EDGE, GPRS or else. The connection type does not matter.
- The Android version of the target device has been updated. Please note that all applications will be erased on system update.
